Hello!

During our session, I suggested that you would find mindful meditation a helpful skill to develop. It’s a very simple yet powerful way of reducing anxiety and stress, and for focusing the attention on one thing at a time (which also helps to reduce stress and overwhelm).  Its other benefit is that it develops self-awareness – we begin to notice the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that we’re experiencing, and learn to observe them without getting caught up in them.

This page is where you can download the mindful meditation exercise MP3.  Download it onto your computer first, and then to your phone.  

The fillable PDF Workbook has space to reflect,  summarises the key content, and explains how and why mindful meditation is such a great tool.
