Following your customised self-care roadmap, you’ll bounce back from burnout with practical tools and strategies so you can flourish.
Single Day Intensive Experience
Flourish Fast Track
The Flourish Fast Track Day is an immersive online day to turbo-charge your self-care, plus a 90 minute follow up session a month later. If you’re on the brink of burnout and need to put the brakes fast, then this will give you the mindset and tools you need to change old patterns and behaviours.
